David Irish has been playing for East Kilbride Cricket Club for the past six years, having moved to Scotland in 2019 from Cape Town, South Africa. He has actively contributed to the club by assisting with junior coaching and captaining the Sunday Development Team. Over the past two seasons, he has served as both Club Captain and 1st XI Captain, roles he will continue into the 2026 season. In addition, he has been a member of the club committee for the last two years, supporting the club’s development and management.
